Steven L. Burch

I am a Realtor for Sheila M. Burdett Agency, The-RealEstateProfessionals.com in Junction City, Kansas. Prior to beginning my career in Real Estate, I worked for Spherion in partnership with Cap Gemini, as a Business Analyst. I previously attended Kansas State University to obtain a degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations. I was a member of the Delta Chi Fraternity as well as the Kansas State Cheerleading Squad, and was a highly active member of both organizations. I graduated from Junction City High School and have lived in Junction City throughout my entire life. 

 In 2009, I served on the Junction Function Committee and now the elected Chair for the event. Currently I am a board member of the Young Professionals of Junction City which is a division of Junction City Area Chamber of Commerce. I am also a member of the National Association for Realtors, the Kansas Association of Realtors and the Junction City Board of Realtors. I personally hold myself to high expectations for a successful career in the Real Estate industry.  With highly specialized training in both real estate sales and ethical practices, I am sure to make your home-buying and/or home-selling experience both pleasant and rewarding.

Kerry Jonas

I am a Realtor and Property Manager for Sheila M. Burdett Agency. I moved to Junction city with my husband SFC Joseph Jonas and our two wonderful daughters.  We are currently stationed at Ft. Riley and plan to make Junction City our permanent home.  I've bought, sold and rented out many homes over the years while moving with the needs of the military and understand first hand the hardships of moving and relocating.  I understand the buying and selling process very well and my main goal as a Real Estate Professional is to make this big step in your life as stress free as possible.
